Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your bracelet. For all BONES & BUDDHAS bracelets from we offer a "14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" on all bracelets you purchase at www.bonesandbuddhas.com.

You have 14 calendar days (starting from the day you received the item) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, we only accept BONES & BUDDHAS bracelets that come with the original charms in unused condition and are in their original packaging. Once we receive the shipment, we will issue you a full refund (minus a 10 EUR restocking fee per bracelet). Your refund will be refunded via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note that we must be notified within 14 calendar days of delivery. All return and exchange requests will not be approved after this period.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
